epiCentrix was born out of the observation that strategic plans and the planning process are often viewed as cumbersome to develop, painful to implement and, hence, difficult to embrace.
Our mission is to change most people’s impression of strategic planning. Our version can’t sit on a shelf or hide in some obscure computer directory. It has too much energy for that. Nor is it a five year, three year or annual exercise. Our goal is to help you sew strategy into the fabric of your enterprise where it can deliver good results today and better results tomorrow. This continuously improving model derives from what we call a dynamic strategy or a strategic execution. It is a close alignment of daily action with situation-aware and continuously adjusted planning.
